Dr. Randy Bradley is the Director of Missions for the Three Rivers Baptist Association. He and his family ministered in Argentina as IMB missionaries for 21 years. They returned to the United States in 2007 to serve as Director of Missions. He has a Doctor of Ministry from North Greenville University and a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Randy is married to Karen and they have three sons, three daughters-in-law, and eight grandchildren.

Rev. Tom Capps has served as Mission Ministries Director for Three Rivers Baptist Association since its beginning on July 1 of 2013. He previously served as Director of Missions and Missions Mobilization Consultant for Greer Baptist Association from March 2007 until beginning his ministry with Three Rivers. Tom served as Associate Pastor of Victor Baptist Church in Greer, Associate Pastor of Northgate Baptist Church in Greenville, SC and Minister of Youth at First Baptist Church of Lancaster, SC and also served on staff of four churches in NC from 1974-1989. He often serves on special assignments in SCBC churches through leadership development with Sunday School, Senior Adults, Multi Housing Ministry and School Ministry Partnerships.

Tom is married to his childhood sweetheart, Crystal. Their daughter Heather and her husband Gary have two children, Garrison and Callie. Their son, Josh and his wife Taylor have one son, Walker. Raising grandchildren has become Tom and Crystal’s new favorite hobby. Tom enjoys doing anything with his family, traveling in the mountains, camping, singing, reading, working in the yard, and . . . watching Hallmark movies with Crystal.

Denise Sudduth, Administrative Assistant, has served with the association since March of 2007. She and her husband, Harold attend Locust Hill Baptist Church. They have two sons, Clayton and Daniel, two daughters-in-law, Amber and Tracy,  and two grandchildren, Kade and Josie.

Eden Santana joined the TRBA staff in September of 2018 as the Ministry Assistant. She is a current student at North Greenville Univeristy where she is studying Christian Studies and ESL teaching. Eden also graduated from EI School of Biblical Training in 2017 with an Associate’s degree in Biblical Studies. Eden feels drawn to the mission field after she graduates NGU and has a heart specially toward the Islamic people group. Here at TRBA, Eden’s job includes running the website and other media related needs. You might recognize Eden if you frequent Chick-fil-A of Greer where she is also a Team Leader and Director of Technology. Eden’s hobbies include traveling, horsebackriding, and hiking.
